Have you been feeling of late that you are getting nowhere one step forward and 2 steps back? We have had so much planetary stuff going on.
This has been a very intense and draining period.
You may have felt exhausted, unmotivated or even feeling sad.
What you may have found during this time, is what works for you and that what doesn't.
Now the energy will slowly move forward. We should start to see solutions to problems. Some of you will feel a new zest of energy and start to change your life. A bit of magic will blow into your world. For some, it will be that you are in the right place at the right time.
You could find that out of the blue some inspiration will arrive, this is the universe trying to communicate with you, so make sure you take note. Look out for those signs.
Remember to take some time to check-in with yourself. This is a very important time to think about your life, your goals and what you need to do.
It is all about divine timing, and now the timing for action and movement is coming your way. Don't always see things as negative, time to change your mindset is now.
As much as the energy is shifting, if you don't believe in the magic of your goals and dreams, then how will they happen?
This is not a time of just putting up with, it is a time to slowly move forward and take a leap of faith and step into your truth of who you are and what you want from your life.
Ask yourself this question. How is my wellbeing?
Am I getting enough time to myself? This is not watching tv or browsing through facebook!
Do you spend any time in nature? this is a time to see how much "Me" time you are getting.
I feel it is very important. Life is busy and hectic and very stressful. So I want you to make sure you get some time where you stop and do nothing. Even if you are in a busy city, just stop focus on your breathing and just let the calmness wash over you.
We all have so much to do in this fast crazy world. Now is the time to slow your pace, your thoughts and you down. Watch your stress levels.
Keep trusting in yourself and your goals. You can do this......
