LET LOVE BE YOUR BEACON

Hello Everyone.

I am just checking in that you all are keeping safe and well in this time of uncertainty?

I know we are all in this situation the time that is so different, scary and new to us all. Remember, we are all in this together, and together we will get through this. Reach out to people if you are struggling. if you find you are overwhelmed by everything, take some time away from social media and the news, and connect back into things that bring some joy. if you can't go out in nature. Go on to youtube look up a video and lie back and listen to the sound of being out in nature or the sound of the sea. This will help you to unwind and keep the mind clear. If you find your mind wanders, bring your focus back to the sounds you can hear. One thing I do often is to listen to guided meditation, these really are amazing. Please don't struggle alone and remember there is help and remember the breath. Breathe in and out slowly and deeply will also bring a sense of calm.

" Let Love be your Beacon "

This card tells us to get back to our Heart. If your unsure about what that means. love is the path to take and to stay on. At this time, be free in your heart, be compassionate and be gentle with your heart. Love is the main thing. Keep those connections going, phone a friend or family member, find your heartbeat in this unsettling time. Listen to some music that uplifts you, watch that film that inspires you. Also if you are worried and wonder what can I do, send some healing out to someone you care about, send healing out to the planet. You don't have to be a trained healing practitioner, you can still send a beautiful light of healing out. Let's all send healing out to the world, bringing love and healing back into our world.

This card will say that when peace does start to be restored we will come out of this and look at our life differently. In a very deep and spiritual way, that will longterm enhance our life.

Hold on now, keep the faith and keep your spirit. Love is with us around us and inside us. And love is your Beacon.
