What is colour Therapy?

Colour therapy uses the power of colour in our everyday lives to support our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Colours have such power and sometimes we can be unaware of this.

From the paint on our walls to the clothes we wear, and even the light that fills our rooms, colour therapy can help bring healing to you and your life. I find a colour therapy session is all about empowering you. Using the power of colours we will find out what is blocking your flow of happiness or success.
